Meagan grew up in Calgary Alberta with a love for playing many sports, such as Hockey, Lacrosse, and softball. She gets to pass on that passion for the love of those games to her 2 beautiful children, along with the knowledge on what our bodies can do for us. With nearly a decade of nursing experience behind her as an LPN, and now with a recent 2200hr diploma through Makami College.
