Greetings! Thank you for visiting my website. My name is Melissa Shepard, I graduated from Fox Valley Technical College in 2021. After graduating I have worked hard to advance my knowledge in modalities that I feel would best help my clients and future clients. My goal for everyone that leaves my studio is to overall feel better and give hope to those who felt there was none. My specialties include Swedish/relaxation, Prenatal Massage.
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
