I don’t want others out there living in pain unnecessarily or resorting to medication, surgeries or never-ending treatment because they think it’s their only option. Especially because what can be done today to help heal injury, reduce pain – even chronic conditions, is absolutely unbelievable. After performing my assessment, we can develop a treatment plan together to begin your journey of healing your injury. I’m trained in a wide range of massage techniques: Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and prenatal massage. My personal specialties are Swedish and deep tissue. As someone who tends to be lighthearted and joyful, I strive to create a space that radiates positivity and promotes healing. I look forward to welcoming you into that space and sharing the mental and physical benefits of massage with you.
Massage Therapy
A 60-minute deep tissue massage is a therapeutic treatment designed to relieve chronic muscle tension, stiffness, and pain. This full-body session focuses on deeper layers of muscles and connective tissues, using slow, firm pressure and deep strokes to target areas of tightness or discomfort. It helps break down adhesions (knots) and scar tissue, improves circulation, and promotes healing. Ideal for those with chronic pain, high levels of physical activity, or recovery from injury, this massage provides long-lasting relief while restoring flexibility and promoting overall muscle relaxation.
Lymphatic Drainage
A 90-minute lymphatic massage is a gentle, therapeutic treatment designed to support the body’s lymphatic system by promoting the flow of lymph fluids. Using light, rhythmic strokes and soft pressure, the therapist works to reduce swelling, detoxify the body, and boost the immune system. This extended session allows for thorough attention to key areas like the neck, arms, abdomen, and legs, helping to relieve fluid retention, improve circulation, and enhance overall wellness. Ideal for post-surgery recovery, managing lymphedema, or general detoxification, this massage leaves you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
