Lindsay has been working in health care for 2 decades; as a Registered massage therapist and yoga therapist. She has lived in the valley for 15 years, and is dedicated to community and wellness, within her profession and as a mother. Sessions focus on the nervous system, and somatic (body) practices. She draws from various methods, such as breath work, various types of yoga/movement, feldenkrais, and somatics. Her goal is to provide safe, simple and effective ways to facilitate a shift in the nervous system that may bring rest and optimal wellness. She works with people of all ages; and physical conditions, chronic pain and anxiety. She brings empathy and compassion, and loves to provide sessions and learning around the Human body and how it moves. She lives in nature with her son and cat.
