Hi I'm Malynn your local neighborhood massage therapist and elder emo. I have been a massage therapist for 2 years now and there's no stopping me, I have found what I am truly passionate about and it is helping people thrive in their own bodies again. I love deep tissue, Hot stones, cupping and other therapeutic techniques during sessions. No pain, no gain belongs in the gym not on my massage table, and yes sometimes you will leave with homework after your sessions, I.e drink your water, eat a nutrient dense meal, and give your body some rest, sometimes there might be extra stretching or I am affirmations but that's so you have a well rounded experience. Body work is for everyone and everyone deserves body work.
