Adam Kurzfeld grew up in the Ukiah area, where he was immersed from an early age in both natural medicine and the natural world. This lifelong connection to holistic healing led him to study a wide range of therapeutic disciplines, including yoga, Ayurveda, massage, shiatsu, craniosacral therapy, and transformational bodywork. Adam is a graduate of Yo San University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, where he earned his Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. In his practice, he strives to offer each patient a compassionate and attentive presence. He weaves together his diverse background in healing modalities with a solid foundation in western medical knowledge, including the interpretation of lab work, to create treatment plans thoughtfully tailored to each individual. He is committed to creating a nourishing, calming experience that supports the nervous system in dropping into deep states of healing—rooted in the understanding that the body is the true healer and his role is to support its innate wisdom. Adam works with a broad spectrum of health concerns, including mental-emotional wellbeing, digestive issues, fertility, menopause, perimenopause and pre and postnatal care. Acute and chronic pain as well as autoimmune disorders are also central focuses in his clinical practice
