Dr. Vail is a practicing naturopathic doctor with a keen interest in all things hormonal. She received her bachelor of science from the University of New Brunswick and her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine Degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2021. She is currently licensed and is in good standing with the Saskatchewan Association of Naturopathic Physicians as well as the New Brunswick Association of Naturopathic Doctors. She is currently working at Town Health Solutions and sees patients in Saint John, Hampton, St. Stephen, Woodstock and Fredericton. She is currently working on obtaining her North American Menopause Society Practitioner certification. She is excited to continue helping women and men reach their goals from all aspects of health! She has two children and in her spare time, enjoys weight lifting, walking her dog, and spending time with her family.
