Cara was born and raised in the Gulf Islands and moved to Victoria to complete her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology at the University of Victoria, graduating in 2012. She started working as a Kinesiologist as soon as she had finished her degree, and her love of learning took her back to school through University of British Columbia, where taking part time courses while still working, she completed her Masters in Rehabilitation Science in 2017. Cara has worked in large clinics as well as smaller private clinics all over the Greater Victoria Area, and has just moved back to Salt Spring to support the community here. She is passionate about collaborating with her patients to achieve their functional movement goals. When not at work, Cara can be found hiking with her family, working on a new crochet project, or working in her garden.
