Hi, I’m Abhi, founder of Zenula Health. Our name means “ultimate calmness,” and that’s exactly what we strive to bring into your life—especially when you’re dealing with vertigo, concussion, or chronic pain. With over 28 years of clinical experience, I’m passionate about helping people understand what’s causing their symptoms and guiding them toward lasting relief. My approach is simple: clear explanations, personalized care, and effective treatment strategies that help restore balance—both physically and in everyday life. I am a licensed physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. I completed my Physiotherapy degree in 1997 and earned my Master’s degree in 2010. My professional training includes Spine Pathway certification in Saskatchewan, along with advanced education in vertigo and concussion management. I also have extensive experience in dry needling (IMS) and myofascial treatment techniques. At Zenula Health, I provide individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
