Elizabeth Kotek is a licensed acupuncturist and clinical herbalist in the state of California and a Nationally Certified Diplomat of Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She uses the principles and foundations of traditional Chinese medicine to nurture each patient, enlisting a combination of acupuncture and herbal medicine alongside complementary modalities such as cupping, moxibustion, gua sha and tuina (Chinese massage). Her specialties include pain management (neck/shoulder pain, back pain, sciatica), mental health (such as anxiety, depression, and stress), sleep disorders, postpartum depression, women’s health, digestive disorders, cosmetic acupuncture and nutrition. She believes health and well-being are multi-dimensional, and that the relationship between patient and practitioner is a unique partnership.
