Simran is a graduate from the University of British Columbia, where she earned a Master’s in Physical Therapy. Prior to that, she completed a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and a Certificate in Occupational Ergonomics from Simon Fraser University. She grew up in Delta, BC, and has always had a passion for health and fitness. Growing up, she played soccer, basketball, and volleyball, and she continues to enjoy a variety of sports and prioritize her wellbeing through regular exercise. Before pursuing her master’s, she worked as a Kinesiologist, gaining practical experience in the field, including working with athletes who played sports such soccer, basketball, hockey, and rugby, as well as individuals who were injured at work. She is dedicated to treating orthopaedic conditions through evidence-based approaches, including exercise prescription, education, and manual therapy. She enjoys motivating her patients, aiming to empower them to reach their full potential and improve their quality of life through tailored therapeutic interventions.
