Please call the clinic if you have questions._ Sarah’s passion for Massage Therapy comes from her background playing competitive sports and her desire to support others. Through her sport, specifically tennis, she developed a strong appreciation for movement, injury prevention, and self-care. Sarah believes in a holistic approach to care, working with her clients to support their overall well-being and help them feel more comfortable and connected to their bodies. She has a special interest in treating chronic pain, headaches, injury rehabilitation and pre and postnatal care. Fascinated by anatomy and physiology, Sarah enjoys helping her clients better understand their bodies through patient education. She takes a client-centred approach to treatment, combining Swedish relaxation, deep tissue therapy, myofascial release, and active release techniques. Each treatment is tailored to your individual goals and lifestyle. Outside of the clinic, you’ll find Sarah practicing yoga or Pilates, cycling, playing softball, snowboarding or enjoying a sauna.
