Jim started his massage career in 2001 after graduating from Rising Spirit School of Massage in Atlanta, GA. The school put strong emphasis on anatomy, physiology, and pathology. While attending Rising Spirit Jim received training and certification in neuromuscular therapy from the International Acadamy of Neuromuscular Therapy, a Judith DeLany program based in Saint Petersburg, FL. He specializes in therapeutic deep tissue and neuromuscular massage with a focus on pain relief and and restoring the body to a place of balance.
When you come in I will assess and you will tell me what you want to acheive. Whether it be to address aches and pains or to stretch, totally relax or a little of each, I will apply all of the techniques I have learned to help you feel your best. You will leave feeling rejuvinated with better range of motion and stress free.
