My road to massage was a rather windy one. I grew up in Westby and after graduating left for school in Eau Claire where I obtained a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Creative Writing. Armed with a worthless piece of paper I left to live all over the country doing odd jobs and playing in various rock bands. I seriously considered massage as a career while working as a property manager for the shoe designer Donald Pliner who had a mansion in Bel Air. A massage therapist stopped over to work on the family and after a short chat I decided that it was a profession that would let me be my own boss while doing something I believed in. After obtaining my license I worked at Burke Williams Spa in West Hollywood in addition to having a personal clientele list of some very notable actors and industry people. That was until Covid shut down everything in March of 2020 and I had to reassess my situation. After completing the Neuromuscular Therapy program at NHI in Studio City I left LA for the frozen fields of Wisconsin. Time Out of Massage started in Viroqua in January 2021 and is still going strong after a move to LaCrosse. Ive built my business on the principle of always doing your best while being genuine. My room is a place people can go to be themselves. Some clients want to joke around and listen to classic rock and others want no talking and spa music. I can make either work in addition to varying levels of pressure and modalities. Its your time so you should get what youre paying for. Hope to meet you soon!
