Lydia graduated from Sir Sandford Fleming College in 2003. She has been a part of the McAllister team since 2013. Lydia is an experienced RMT who provides treatments tailored to the clients needs. She ensures clients get the best care when treating acute or chronic conditions. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as playing baseball and hockey. She also spends significant time volunteering with her local community groups.
