I chose a field in Kinesiology because of my lifelong involvement and passion for sport. As a high-level gymnast competing for Team BC, I developed strength, resilience, and confidence that shaped who I am and inspired me to help others feel the same. I’m most excited by helping people reach their goals, discover their potential, and build intentional habits that support long-term health and wellbeing. My approach is client-centered, ensuring sessions progress at the right pace while maintaining clear communication, shared goals, and a supportive environment. I strive to make movement fun, empowering, and accessible. I’m “nerdy” about biomechanics, neuromuscular connections, and breath-driven movement to enhance body awareness and control. I’m currently expanding my hands-on skills to better understand how to find neuromuscular imbalances to improve muscle function and help reduce pain. Outside of work, I enjoy time in nature, playing sports, and creative outlets like cooking and painting.
You'll want to book one of these if it's your first time seeing a Kinesiologist at our clinic, or if this is a new issue that you're dealing with. If this injury is part of an ICBC claim, please be sure to bring your CareCard number (PHN), claim number, and adjuster or lawyer's information along with you. Please note, Kinesiology is not direct billable to your extended health benefits.
