Lydia Dahlgren is a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner who graduated from the National Academy of Osteopathy in Toronto 2026. She takes a whole-person approach to care, paying close attention not just to her clients’ symptoms, but also to how their bodies adapt, move and work together as a whole. She integrates cranial, visceral, muscle and joint techniques to help clients improve movement, balance, and their ability to respond to life’s physical and emotional demands. After moving to Canada from Sweden, she began her journey as a ski patroller. After stepping away from that role, she decided to return to school to deepen her understanding of the body and healing. Now, as a new practitioner, she is excited to join the Comox Valley community. In her free time, she loves gardening, staying active, and discovering new ways to move. She brings a personal, thoughtful approach to each session and is eager to grow alongside her clients on their health journeys.
This comprehensive session allows for a thorough assessment and treatment tailored to your individual needs. Your osteopathic practitioner will take the time to understand your health history, movement patterns, and areas of concern before applying hands-on techniques to support alignment, mobility, and overall function. Ideal for initial visits, complex concerns, or when a deeper, full-body approach is needed.
