I grew up just outside of Vancouver, and at an early age I found myself fully immersed in sports. I eventually landed some hockey injuries of my own, and through picking the brains of those helping me recover, I fell in love with the idea of helping others to overcome their physical limitations. Since then, I’ve been privileged to travel the world for both school and hockey; these days, I feel lucky to come to work every day and help others to excel in their sports, at their workplaces, or in their daily lives. It feels great to connect and together come up with a game plan — a blend of hands-on therapy, exercise programming and education that works for each unique individual. In my spare time, you can find me at the ice rink, gym, and keeping up with the standings/stats of pretty much every sport imaginable. Go Canucks go! Special interests: hockey players, weekend warriors, golfers, runners, concussions, post-surgical patients.
