SUZANNE osteopathy Suzanne is trained as a Registered Massage Therapist and Osteopathic Practitioner. Although she mainly practices Osteopathy, massage techniques are often used in her treatments to aid in the patient goal of optimizing health and mobility. She has over 14 years in the healthcare field, most recently graduating from the Canadian School of Osteopathy in 2021, after completing the rigorous five year program. Suzanne treats any issues caused by forces put on the body. That can be from car accidents, falls, emotional forces, concussions, to just, being born. Suzanne treats every body individually and solves each problem like a puzzle. Osteopathy allows her to listen to the patients tissues, learning from each patient what their bodies needs at that time.

Using an osteopathic approach to Massage Therapy, the treatment will begin with a full assessment and treatment history. The treatment will use a combination of traditional massage techniques along side osteopathic techniques within the scope of practice of Massage Therapy . These will all be carried out with the knowledge of the therapist with consent of the patient. No oil will be used in these treatments, and patients will remain mostly clothed or to a comfortable level of undress. It is suggested to wear loose fitted exercise clothing such as loose sweat pants/shorts and top/sports bra (women). Please note, compression leggings or tights are not recommended.
