Movement is one of my favorite types of artistic expression; I grew up riding horses, I have been a dancer and now dance teacher for several years, while also enjoying hiking, yoga, and many other hobbies! An active lifestyle has cultivated a priority for full-body wellness, and my lifelong fascination of holistic health has brought me to massage therapy. I began schooling in November 2024, and completed my education training and state licensing in October 2025. My particular corners of interest are nervous system regulation and spiritual wellness, and using various techniques and creative treatment planning to achieve the clients desired outcome. Every session is tailored to your specific needs by beginning with treatment planning to determine goals for your session. Restorative relaxation, therapeutic deep tissue, or a little bit of both! With therapeutic deep tissue, the combination of stretching and deep tissue targets trigger points, limited range of motion, and muscular tightness. In restorative relaxation, a blend of Hawaiian lomi lomi and Swedish massage targets your nervous system to promote deep relaxation and help you regulate.
