Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) encourages natural drainage of lymph, carrying waste products away from tissues. MLD is a very gentle, light massage technique directing lymphatic fluid into lymph nodes. The lymphatic system as part of the immune system cleans, filters, & removes toxins, proteins, cancer cells, viruses, & dead cells nearly 20x faster than the body can alone.
