Maya Cornaby is a Registered Massage Therapist passionate about helping others achieve their goals. A graduate of Georgian College, she understands that every client comes in with unique needs, and she combines her clinical knowledge alongside their goals to guide every session. She treats using a variety of modalities, including deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release. Above all, she values building therapeutic relationships grounded in trust and comfort. Outside the clinic, Maya enjoys spending time with family, hiking, stretching, and staying active. She is excited to join the Rise Physio team and work one-on-one with clients to support their health and wellness.
