Keeley Smith RMT became registered in 2013. She is focused on bettering the overall physical and mental health and wellness of her clients. She has done some extensive work with PTSD clients and has practiced with many other conditions treating pregnancy, muscle strains and sprains, pinched nerves, arthritis etc. In 2016 Keeley added advanced training for TMJ dysfunction to her list of therapies. She also has done some work with cupping therapy and incorporates this technique into her treatments upon request.
This is a 60 minute long Registered Massage Therapy treatment. You will experience a mix of Swedish massage techniques and advanced massage techniques such as trigger point work, fascial work or more depending on your goals for your treatment. Pressure of the techniques will also vary, please specify to your Therapist any preferences or sensitivities in these areas. This treatment allows plenty of time for a full body massage, but is also great for a focused treatment to a problem area.
