Justine is a registered massage therapist (RMT) that has worked with a variety of different clients of all ages (10 to 80 years old). She has worked with hockey players, powerlifters, bodybuilders, people stuck at computers for hours a day, and those who maintain highly active lifestyles. Clients who have had surgeries, concussions, minor strains or sprains, and a plethora of other ailments have entrusted her as one of their rehabilitation team. She has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Guelph and a Bachelor of Education from Lakehead University, she is formerly a teacher and left teaching to pursue massage. She graduated with Honours from the massage therapy program at Georgian College and is extremely passionate about her career. As a life long learner, Justine is often taking new courses to update her skillset. She current is qualified to use Swedish massage, fascial stretch therapy, cupping, and instrument assisted soft-tissue mobilization in her practice.
