Hello! I am a friendly, professional, and passionate massage therapist committed to bringing 100% to each and every client, every time. A good overall relaxing massage brings a world of benefits, but my goal is to expand your massage view to see what other benefits specific massage modalities and techniques tailored just for you can bring. My passion is Integrated massage, combining Swedish massage, deep tissue work, myofascial massage, and orthopedic or clinical massage. My goal to give you clinical results without sacrificing the ever-so-needed relaxing feeling. Together, we review your myofascial health history, injuries, posture, activities, and current pain and musculoskeletal problems. We decide on your bodywork goals and design a program from there.
