I am an Oregon native, and Native American with ancestral ties to the Columbia River and the Willamette River Valley on my mother’s side. My first goal is to promote inclusivity in massage therapy and to prove that all body shapes, sizes and colors benefit from receiving therapeutic massage and muscle stretching. My next goal is to employ my skills in massage therapy to help people improve their lives and feel wonderful inside their bodies. I create strong relationships with my clients and develop a deep understanding of how I can help them through massage therapy. My method includes listening (literally and energetically) then integrating movement and stretching techniques with deep tissue manipulation in combination with hydrotherapy and relaxation for enhanced recovery and balance creation.

Sixty Minute Bodywork
Deep-TissueRelaxationSports

Let's work together to identify target muscle groups and work deeply to increase your ease of movement throughout your day. I will use the first 5-7 minutes for passive movement and restriction assessment. You tell me if there is a specific sport or movement (ie. running, tennis, paddle sports), or if you experience general holding patterns (ie. computer work, driving, travel). 45-50 minutes is for targeted soft and deep tissue manipulation.
