Navee is Registered Physiotherapist, and graduated in 2018 from Charusat University, India. She then pursued a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion in 2020 from Durham College. Navee has expertise in assessing patients with a focus on a client-centred approach with each visit. Her treatments include a mixture of hands-on/manual therapy, active release techniques, athletic taping, and exercise prescription and progression. Navee has experience treating all age groups including MVA and WSIB patients, and her focus is on improving functional limitations and reducing pain. In addition to Physiotherapy, Navee loves to play badminton and volleyball.
