She has spent years since graduating focusing on continuing her education in manual therapy, dry needling, acupuncture, and pelvic floor certification. Christina has completed Level 1-3 Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Therapy. She is a registered Pelvic Floor therapist for women’s health issues. She focuses her treatment on manual therapy, and rehabilitative training, and uses acupuncture and dry needling in her practice to rehabilitate her clients. She believes time should be spent finding the root cause of the issue to be able to achieve long-term recovery. Christina has worked in Vancouver and Toronto since graduating. She has worked with a variety of injuries from sports athletes, post-operative patients, arthritis, fractures, post mastectomies, lymphedema, and acute/chronic injuries. The mountains are what called Christina to sink her roots in Calgary so outside of work she spends as much time as possible in their playground. She also really enjoys her Peloton, running, cycling, lifting weights, and many other outdoor activities. She is a traveler at heart and enjoys her downtime relaxing at craft breweries with friends.
