Nick joined GRSM in May 2018. Nick completed his Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney, Bachelor of Kinesiology degree at the University of Western Ontario and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Prior to GRSM, Nick has worked as a registered physiotherapist in a multi-disciplinary private practice in Australia, where he has undertaken numerous courses for the shoulder, lower back, hip and tendinopathies. Nick has provided on-field coverage and clinical treatment for a wide variety of sports at various levels including youth, collegiate and professional levels including baseball, basketball, hockey and soccer. His previous experiences have included working as the head physiotherapist for the Sydney Blue Sox of the Australian Baseball League (MLB Winter League) and student athletic therapist for the University of Western Ontario’s Varsity Men’s Basketball team. Nick combines his passion for movement with a detailed assessment, manual therapy techniques, individualized strength/exercise program and preventative strategies to optimize rehabilitation with the aim to empower and to get patients better than they were before! As a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), Nick is able to create exercise programs for clients to workout around injuries or to improve performance. In his free time, Nick enjoys playing various sports, working out, drinking coffee and cheering for the San Francisco Giants and Toronto Raptors!
