Hi my name is Jessie, I’m recent graduate of the New Hampshire Institute for Therapeutic Arts in Hudson, NH. I have worked in Long Term Care for the past 20 years and I enjoy connecting with people. I believe that Bodywork not only can heal the body, but it helps with chronic pain, the emotional and mental stressors of everyday life and to maintain one’s overall well-being. I like to integrate different massage techniques to fit the individual client’s needs. Such as Swedish, Sports/ Deep tissue, trigger point therapy, Strain Counterstrain, reflexology or my personal favorite Neuromuscular Therapy. Sometimes it's necessary to slow down and let your mind and body relax. I am looking forward to seeing you!
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
