Hi my name is Jessie, Im recent graduate of the New Hampshire Institute for Therapeutic Arts in Hudson, NH. I have worked in Long Term Care for the past 20 years and I enjoy connecting with people. I believe that Bodywork not only can heal the body, but it helps with chronic pain, the emotional and mental stressors of everyday life and to maintain ones overall well-being. I like to integrate different massage techniques to fit the individual clients needs. Such as Swedish, Sports/ Deep tissue, trigger point therapy, Strain Counterstrain, reflexology or my personal favorite Neuromuscular Therapy. Sometimes it's necessary to slow down and let your mind and body relax. I am looking forward to seeing you!
Therapeutic Massage may include the use of one or more techniques such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, trigger point or reflexology to address client specific needs. Your experience can be very relaxing to painful at times, yet the effects are lasting and profoundly transformative. Client and therapist communication during and or after the session is very helpful to the therapist to help achieve the clients optimal well-being.
