If you need to contact Kara, please use her clinic email address [email protected] Kara graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Science - Human Kinetics degree as well as from Sheridan College with a Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences - Athletic Therapy degree. Kara has worked with varsity and professional athletes as well as the general population. Her goal is to get you pain-free and back to doing the things you love regardless of your career or age. She specializes in assessing and rehabilitating musculoskeletal injuries/problem areas and aids in pre and post-op care. She uses manual techniques (such as massage and joint mobilizations) and therapeutic exercise to restore the body’s normal function. Kara spent her fall season working the U12, U14 Burlington Stampeders and Nelson High School junior and senior football teams. She is currently working with high school girls and boys hockey teams in the Halton District as well as the Hamilton Hurricanes of the CJFL. Kara’s main objective is to progress her patient’s as fast and efficient as possible while educating and motivating them through the process so that they can perform at their absolute best.
