Ishita Naik

Ishita is a Registered Physiotherapist licensed with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. She earned her Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree in India in 2017 and later completed a Post-Graduate Certification in Fitness & Health Promotion from Loyalist College in Belleville, Ontario in 2020. She has pursued advanced training in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy, McKenzie Mobilization, Concussion Management, and Vestibular Rehabilitation. Ishita is skilled in both manual therapy and exercise-based treatment, with a strong focus on evidence-based care. Ishita has extensive experience treating a wide range of conditions, including post-operative musculoskeletal injuries, pelvic health concerns, pre- and post-natal conditions, spinal and neck pain, and sports injuries. She also works with patients recovering from workplace injuries (WSIB), motor vehicle accidents (MVA), vertigo, TMJ disorders, and joint replacement surgeries. Dedicated to continuous learning, Ishita regularly updates her clinical knowledge to incorporate the latest research and techniques into her practice. She is passionate about helping individuals of all age groups achieve optimal recovery and improved quality of life. Outside of her professional work, Ishita enjoys travelling, hiking, reading, and playing badminton.
