Natural healing has been my passion since the home birth of my first child. I studied diligently on my own and then went to massage school thinking that would be a nice segue to my natural healing career, little did I know how much I would love massage itself. Helping people facilitate there own balance and healing is so rewarding. I continue to study and learn more ways to work with the body to find its zen.
Massage Therapy
Using bolsters designed for pregnancy allows the client to be placed face down so that pressure can be applied evenly. Massage oil is used with smooth, gliding strokes with firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension from added strain to the lower back and hips.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a technique that focuses on specific reflex points for each part of the body within your feet to help correct energy flows throughout your body. This is great for people with physical issues but, do not enjoy massage. Reflexology is an effective treatment for many ailments.
