I started my career in the health and wellness industry in 2013 following completion of my reflexology training. After a few months working developed a passion for listening to clients and encouraging their bodies to heal through reflexology. Once my two boys were in school, I decided to grow my practice and my passion for helping others. I graduated from MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy 2200 hour program in 2016. I am a member of RMTA massage therapy association. My commitment to my clients doesn’t stop at the clinic. I am excited to recommend stretches and exercises for home care. I will also refer to other modalities in order to maximize each clients journey towards a pain free, relaxed life. I am trained in myofascial release, cupping, postural disfunction, as well as therapeutic massage for everyday aches and pains. I am trained in reflexology as well as TMJ (Jaw) disfunction treatment. My massage training in addition to my meditation and yoga practice have given me great knowledge of how the body and mind are connected. Finding time in my life to enjoy the quiet moments is very important and it helps me recharge. I love spending time with my family and friends. You can also find me putzing about at home.
