Your first visit is designed to uncover the root cause of your pain, movement limitations, or performance concerns—not just treat the symptoms. During your evaluation, your clinician will take a detailed health and injury history and perform a comprehensive movement and physical assessment. We'll identify areas of weakness, mobility restrictions, movement compensations, and other factors that may be contributing to your symptoms or limiting your performance. Unlike many clinics, treatment begins on day one. Based on the findings from your evaluation, you'll receive hands-on treatment and corrective exercises during your first visit to start addressing the problem immediately. Before you leave, we'll discuss our findings, answer any questions you may have, and begin building a personalized treatment plan designed to help you recover, move better, and return to the activities you love as quickly and safely as possible.
