Your physiotherapist will begin by reviewing your history, discussing your current complaints, and then move on to the objective assessment. Based on clinical findings, a treatment will be provided in the first visit as well - this may include education on your injury, your prognosis for healing, goal setting/expectations, manual therapy, soft tissue release, assistive muscle energy techniques, and a prescribed home exercise program.
