I have been a Massage Therapist for 20 years. I live on a cattle farm between Ravenwood and Parnell with husband Brad and 2 daughters Baylie (16) and Bexlie (10). I am an RN nurse and currently work doing contracts at Truman in KC and I work as needed in Maryville at Mosaic. I take the summers off from full time nursing to be able to follow the girls around with travel softball, town softball, and sheep showing for 4H and FFA. I enjoy massaging because it is relaxing for the mind, body, and soul. My main goal is to help people to stay active or to help improve the issue someone may have. People want to feel the best they can feel and to help them achieve that feeling is rewarding.
Lets get more into the massage. 60 minutes is a great time frame for a full body massage, to work more on the troublesome area(s). This can be performed as a Basic Swedish massage or a Deep Tissue massage.
