Shelby was raised in Nanaimo, BC, and knew when she graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy, she wanted to return to Nanaimo to start her RMT career. Shelby has previously worked in the healthcare field and realized quickly how much she enjoyed caring for others. Shelby seeks to hold a safe and relaxing treatment space to reach each clients specific needs. Shelby hopes to promote mind and body wellness in those with stress, injuries and chronic pain through techniques such as Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Release, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation and Myofascial Release. Upon request, home care can be provided to help maintain and increase the benefits of each treatment.
