Natalie is a graduate from West Coast College of Massage Therapy. In a previous life she worked in office support roles, but decided that she wanted to make a change and work with people in a different capacity. While she is passionate about helping people from all walks of life, she has a special interest in working with neurodivergent patients, including both adults and children with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder. She believes that therapeutic touch is not only effective for enhancing physical well-being, but also very useful for nervous system regulation. Natalie works with a variety of techniques including craniosacral, myofascial release, neuromuscular techniques, attachment release, and active and passive stretching. In her spare time she enjoys singing, doing theatre and yoga, spending time with animals, taking care of plants, and being out in nature.
First Visit? If so, this is the appointment for you! Rest and refresh with a 60-minute massage. This initial appointment will include a 15-minute assessment and evaluation along with a 45-minute massage treatment.
