Dr. Rochelle Harder
Agile Integrated Health
1109 Fort Street, Victoria, BC, V8V 3K9
In-clinic Monday and Wednesdays and available virtually Thursdays. Dr. Rochelle Harder, ND (she/her) approaches health from a passionate lens. She aims to connect the dots for patients and help them make sense of their health. She avoids cookie-cutter approaches, preferring to meet people where they are and ensure treatment plans work for each person. Having personally experienced and overcome decades of digestive challenges with naturopathic medicine, Dr. Rochelle feels deeply called to support patients on their own gut health journeys. Her approach involves assessing and treating the gut microbiome to not only improve uncomfortable symptoms but to also regulate its effect on the skin, immune, hormone and gut-brain connections. She also focuses her practice on women’s health and prides herself in taking seriously the concerns people with a uterus have regarding menstrual health and the perimenopause transition into menopause. Dr. Rochelle is passionate about challenging the long-standing tendency to dismiss women’s symptoms in healthcare. A common saying patients will hear Dr. Rochelle say is, “That symptom may be common, but it is not normal!” Special Interests: IBS, bloating, pain, irregular bowel movements Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), parasites, post-infectious dysbiosis Menstrual concerns such as pain, heavy bleeding, irregular periods, fibroids Hormonal conditions including PCOS, endometriosis, hypothalamic amenorrhea Perimenopase and menopause Skin conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis Stress, burnout, depression, anxiety Blood sugarydysregulation including insulin resistance, prediabetes and diabetes Autoimmune conditions such as Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, Graves, Celiac, IBD Treatment tools: nutrition, lifestyle shifts, clinical herbal and nutritional supplements, nutrient injections and IVs, hormone replacement therapies (HRT), prescriptive pharmaceuticals as indicated, and comprehensive testing (blood, urine, micrbiome stool).
