Spruha completed her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at McMaster University in 2014, and immediately went on to complete her Master’s in Physiotherapy at McMaster University, from which she graduated in 2016. Spruha’s philosophy is to use hands-on treatment, education and exercise to get patients feeling better quickly and efficiently. She truly believes that active rehab is the key to success, regardless of the injury or condition. She also believes in creating life-long relationships with her patients so that the next time they have an injury or pain, they feel re-assured that they have someone they can call. Spruha continues to do professional development courses in acupuncture, manual therapy, pelvic floor physiotherapy and vestibular physiotherapy so that she can help as many people as possible.
