Kristen Maiden is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and a graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (CAO) in Hamilton, ON. Prior to her studies at the CAO , she studied Physical Education and Exercise Science at Brock University and Niagara College . Her education and in depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology will help to assist you with your structural health issues. Before beginning her post-secondary education, various sports injuries promoted her interest in learning more about the body and what is needed for it to heal following damage. She has always had an interest in a field that would help contribute to the overall health of her community and knew that Osteopathy would be a career fit for that calling. Kristen is a member in good standing with the Ontario Osteopathic Association (OOA) and Osteopathy Canada (OST-CAN) ! Check with your insurance provider, you may have your appointment covered!
