Joyce graduated from Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, India, in 2003 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree. Having completed her certifications in Acupuncture, Women’s Health and Clinical Skills in Treating Pain, Joyce always strives to provide a patient-centred treatment approach using manual therapy, acupuncture, and customized home exercises program. In addition, Joyce hopes to continue her education by obtaining spinal manipulation certifications and advanced certifications in treating pelvic health conditions. Joyce believes in a multimodal approach to treating pain, and that management of chronic pain such as low back and neck pain requires a biopsychosocial approach. Joyce also believes in an active approach to building strength and resilience. When Joyce is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family.
