Laurie is the proud Owner of Soothing Elements, LLC and a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) with over 15 years of massage experience. She began her LMT career in January 2008 after graduating from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in Newington, CT. Laurie has expertise in a wide array of advanced massage techniques and specializes in orthopedic massage and pain management. She focuses on targeting pain points in the body, while simultaneously weaving in relaxation elements, to provide a healing massage experience that ultimately helps alleviate the pain her clients are experiencing. She utilizes her vast knowledge of the human anatomy, paying particular attention to all compensatory muscles, fascial tissue and joints involved, to tailor each massage to the individual. Laurie has dedicated her lifes work to providing her clients with an overall better quality of life.
