Emily is a thoughtful and intuitive massage therapist whose work blends slow, intentional technique with a deeply therapeutic approach. Her style is rhythmic and grounded, allowing her to effectively address deeper layers of tension through trigger point and deep tissue work while still cultivating a sense of calm and relaxation throughout the session. Her journey into bodywork began through personal experience. After seeking massage therapy for her own pain, Emily discovered not only physical relief, but a deeper awareness and understanding of her body. That transformation inspired her to pursue a path where she could offer the same level of care and insight to others. With a natural curiosity for anatomy and a passion for learning, she continues to explore different modalities to better support her clients. Outside the treatment room, Emily enjoys hiking, foraging, and gardening. She enjoys activities that reflect her connection to nature and movement. She also loves weightlifting and exploring the bodys capabilities through various forms of movement, which further informs her hands-on work. Emilys approach to care is rooted in meeting each client exactly where they are. Whether someone is navigating chronic tension, recovering from physical strain, or simply seeking relief from stress, she tailors each session to support their individual goals. Her intention is to help clients experience less pain, greater body awareness, and a more regulated, relaxed nervous system. She is an excellent fit for clients who are looking for thoughtful, personalized carethose who want to feel both deeply worked on and deeply supported.
