Skare Spine and Performance uses an innovative and modern approach of manual therapy combining chiropractic care, functional rehabilitation, soft-tissue release, acupuncture, and dry needling. Nate grew up in Spring Valley, MN, and was a Chatfield High School graduate in 2014. After high school, he attended Upper Iowa University, where he punted for the Peacock football team for four years and received his degree in Exercise Science. His passion for helping people led him to pursue chiropractic care at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN. He received training in various techniques, including Motion Palpation, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, McKenzie Methods, Neurodynamic Solutions, Dry Needling, Rock Blades, and Active Release Technique. He is excited to offer a unique approach to the Rochester community and help active individuals return to their daily activities and sports.
