Michael grew up in Kamloops, BC before attending school at the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in Vernon. He graduated in November of 2024 and has since been registered as a Massage Therapist. He is very pleased to be back in his hometown and to serve the community. Michael focuses on the body as a whole system, using various techniques to help ease his clients discomfort. In his practice, after discussion about symptoms and assessment, he employs Swedish, and myofascial techniques to start. Based on client needs, he will choose more targeted techniques, such as, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point release, and PNF stretching. Finally, he assists with homecare education to give clients the tools they need to heal. Outside of his practice, Michael enjoys recreational mountain biking, skiing, and yoga. Coming from a landscaping background, Michael knows what it’s like to get persistent aches and pains from one’s workload, and he has personal experience with joint injury recovery. He understands how important it is to be able to move and live your life pain free. He is excited to support you in your wellness journey.
