Clara has been in practice as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2018. She has completed her diploma of Massage Therapy (VCMT - 2018), and her Honours Bachelors in Human Kinetics (Ottawa U - 2013). Clara believes in assessing the system as a whole in order to investigate the root cause of her clients’ injuries or discomforts. During treatment she uses a variety of manual therapy techniques to address client concerns including myofascial release, structural integration, deep tissue massage, assisted fascial stretching and hot stones. Clara aims to create an inclusive and inviting therapeutic space so that clients can leave each session feeling better than when they walked in.
