I am a licensed massage therapist. I grew up in a family who believes in Alternative Medicine. My sister, who is a well-known ND/Homeopath and Bioenergetic Therapist within the Hispanic community, inspired me to pursue a career in Massage Therapy; often reminding me of my gift to heal with my hands. I graduated from Sterling Health Center in 2004, but did not make it a career until 2014. One of my biggest motives to pursue a career in Massage Therapy was a testimony from a pregnant woman who was diagnosed with placenta previa , which led to a high risk pregnancy. This woman was complaining about pain in her back, disturbing her daily tasks especially when trying to sleep at night. After I completed several massages on her, all of her aches had disappeared. Not only was this womans doctor startled, but he wanted to know what she did because she was no longer at a risk pregnancy. I specialize on Therapeutic Massages (medical massage). I am committed to using the most effective modalities to provide focused bodywork for preventative and rehabilitative therapy. I am also trained, and practices Swedish, Deep tissue, Reflexology, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Hot Stone, Hydrotherapy, Aromatherapy, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, advanced techniques for Hip and Lower Back pain; with the goal of facilitating symptom relief as well as enhanced range of motion.
