Helena graduated from the Healing Arts Institute in Fort Collins, CO in 2019, and has spent the years since doing what she loves most: helping clients build a deeper awareness of their own bodies and discover the real, lasting benefits of therapeutic massage. Her approach is rooted in a belief that modern medicine and ancient, holistic practices work best together. Drawing on her undergraduate studies in Health and Exercise Science, she brings a well-rounded perspective to every session and tailors her work to meet each client exactly where they are. Helena’s intention is simple: to help people feel better in their bodies and find their own path to a healthier, more balanced life. She is trained in deep tissue, Swedish massage, neuromuscular therapy, massage cupping, foot reflexology, and more. She also holds a yoga teacher certification from Holistic Yoga School. Combined specialized massage techniques are used to provide therapeutic touch. The session may include techniques of myofascial release, manual lymphatic drainage, therapeutic deep tissue, or Swedish massage. This is dependent upon the client's needs and the training of the practitioner. Does not include fertility massage, pregnancy massage, or postpartum massage. If a dedicated myofascial release or Craniosacral Therapy session is desired, please book it as a separate service.
